  • Domaine started the conversion to AB in 2011. Before that the domaine was in reasoned culture.
  • Vatting in inox, traditional, long for the red, pellicular maceration for the Vermentino.
  • Maturing in stainless steel tank for the IGP, barrels and oak casks from the Allier area for the AOP.
  • Winemaking only by gravity.
